Ok I have pse 6. For some reason my pic always looks different on there than it does on like flickr or even when I open it up in a viewer on my computer. Is there some setting in pse 6 i should change?

I know this is a pretty old question, but I thought I would answer. Are you adding them to cafemom with the cafemom "Add a Photo" or are you adding them through a hosting site like flikr, photobucket or tinypic?
If you add a photo from a hosting site it will show up in it's full size and full res.
If you upload with the standard add a photo option, cafemom will re-size the photo to what they feel is 'forum size' and it loses a lot of it's quality.
When I want to add a photo to a forum thread or signature I always upload the images to photobucket first. Then I come back the the forum and click the add a photo button, but I select the tab that says "Paste a URL" and I paste the url of my photobucket image into the box and it uploads in really nice quality.
