Regular trash pick up is every Wednesday between 6am and 10am.
Trash should be placed at curbside no earlier than 7 pm the night before pick up. Please remove your trash cans from the curbside once it is emptied on the same day.

Recyclables can be dropped off beside Bldg 1336 at the corner of Marshall and Cassidy Roads. It is open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, weekends and holidays; closed during inclement weather.

Bulk trash will be picked up by appointment.
Residents should call the Recycle Center Office at 915-568-1537. Bulk trash consists of large items that exceed the capability of the trash collector, such as old furniture, appliances, cardboard, yard waste, etc. Bulk trash should be placed at curbside at the designated time and date given by the Recycle Center when appointment is made.

Lawn Schedule

Summer Months: April 1 to September 31 – Once a week
Winter Months: October 1 to March 31 - Every other week

Lawn services will be completed at all houses and common areas, except for fenced in yards and at the homes of those residents who have opted to mow their own yards as displayed by the orange sticker on the front/back window. Be sure to remove any items from your lawn, including toys, bikes and lawn furniture, on the scheduled day in order for the landscapers to properly care for your lawn.

hello ladies...we live in the red bricks by the library (not on the PX side of cassidy) I like our little house...compared to the houses I have been in on post..they are 100x's better! We have a full-finished basement, a nice front porch, and Carpet!!! Not trying to brag but my husband is only a PFC so I feel blessed and safe :) At least safe enough to stay while he is gone to Iraq!

That is great!  would you be able to post pics of the inside?  Balfour Beatty doesn't provide that and I think they should.  My husband and I were talking about how cute those houses are and how it would totally be the kind of place we would want to live.  He's a SPC though so we're out :(

Sure...I can when I get a chance...Hubby's leaving for Iraq very soon...house is a mess lol. BUT it doesn't matter what rank u r actually we have 2 srgt neighbors....it also depends on how many children u have! It's considered a 2 bed with a sunroom BUT we use the sunroom as our bedroom so we have a 3 bed just one tiny bath! That's one of the only things I dislike about them, I will try to post inside pics asap :)
