Trash Schedule
Regular trash pick up is every Wednesday between 6am and 10am.
Trash should be placed at curbside no earlier than 7 pm the night before pick up. Please remove your trash cans from the curbside once it is emptied on the same day.
Recyclables can be dropped off beside Bldg 1336 at the corner of Marshall and Cassidy Roads. It is open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, weekends and holidays; closed during inclement weather.
Bulk trash will be picked up by appointment.
Residents should call the Recycle Center Office at 915-568-1537. Bulk trash consists of large items that exceed the capability of the trash collector, such as old furniture, appliances, cardboard, yard waste, etc. Bulk trash should be placed at curbside at the designated time and date given by the Recycle Center when appointment is made.
Lawn Schedule
Summer Months: April 1 to September 31 – Once a week
Winter Months: October 1 to March 31 - Every other week
Lawn services will be completed at all houses and common areas, except for fenced in yards and at the homes of those residents who have opted to mow their own yards as displayed by the orange sticker on the front/back window. Be sure to remove any items from your lawn, including toys, bikes and lawn furniture, on the scheduled day in order for the landscapers to properly care for your lawn.
