i don't know if this is old news to most of you, but for some odd reason i have only just recently heard of this (which in itself is disturbing!). i've always considered myself pretty environmentally friendly but watching this just makes me want to do more and more... i look around my house and see all these things made of plastic that is so easy not to notice. i just wish everyone would watch this and realise they need to make a change. the most disturbing thing is what was said in a recent segment about garbage island on a show called "the g word" on tlc (the most annoying hosts ever, but quite informative segments), about how it's not even possible to clean it up. the only thing that can be done is to change our ways and stop adding to it!
enjoy (well not really possible i guess) and share!
peace all.
