It is not amy who tells matt to blow things off.

I have noticed how some here seem to blame amy for everything. well let's look at Matt.

When ever they have had vacations,matt has never ever been fully there. He goes on vacation and then a day or two days into it he has to go and make business calls and that is all he does. I lost count on how many times I have seen amy and the kids upset because matt chose his job over them when on vacation. It was no wonder when matt decided to go to the carribean that he did not bother to check amy's schedule and ask if zach and their daughter wanted to go. No he just says we are going on this trip which started off origionally just he and his dad.

He actually tried guilt tripping amy into dropping her speaking engagement yet when asked to do the same he could not be bothered.then he wonders why his kids were divided and zach was mad? well there is a reason. Matt does his own thing and very seldomly if ever asks his family what they think. He decides to rip apart the living room just days before their families arrived for thankgiving... that if my husband had done that to me would of had his head on a platter. He decides to go and buy two new vehicals because he wanted too, never minding they have two kids getting ready to go off to college. Amy had every right to be upset. Matt expects his family to be the way he wants them and if they dont he pouts.he has not done one vacation as a whole family without leaving them after a couple of days and going back to work.

matt has yet to be on time for anything having to deal with his kids. let's see if he can make it to their daughter's graduation from high school on time, becuase he sure could not be bothered for his sons.
