I'm sitting here watching one of the last shows of the final season of Little People, Big World. It is a question, answer show. I am thinking how much I am going to miss them. Watching their kids grow as the farm grew, being invited into their lives, well, they grew on me. I genuinely like this family. They have their problems and their quirks just like the rest of us, but I think they have a deep love for one another, that I hope will pull Matt and Amy through the bumps in their relationship.

I am enjoying the show tonight as they show clips from things that have happened over the years. I will miss them. I hope there will be a way we can get updates on how they are doing periodically.

I agree! I really wish we could get updates too, to see how things are going for them and what is happening in each of their lives! I love them too and they will be sorely missed!

I hope they do an hour special when Molly graduates and we can get some updates then.  That would be in 2012.

Matt was on a show I saw recently and yes, they are all tired of cameras in their face.  When they flim, its usually for several months, 7 days a week.  Matt said after 5 years it was time to end it and get back to a normal life.  The twins are in the same grade as my dd but one year older than her.  Molly is the same as as my youngest.

Oh, I thought they filmed year round. I didn't know it was a few months out of the year, but I guess even that would be annoying after 5 years. (Though I'm sure the money is nice).  I think that is a a great idea suggested above, about filming Molly's graduation.

I'm not 100% sure, but I thought the last show was very close, like this week or next, if I heard correctly on the advertisement on t.v.

They film more than a few months a year but they film a few months, take a little off, and then film again.  Probably ends up 9-10 months out of 12.
