Homemade ice packs

Make your own flexible ice packs to use whenever you need them for sprains, headaches, and general booboos.

Pour 3/4 cup water and 1/4 cup rubbing alcohol into a zip type plastic baggie and close. It is best to use a double bag system in case of leakage. Seal the bag and freeze it. Now you have a slushy ice pack any time you need it.
