What to do with it all??

I have loads of chocolates from Christmas gifts. A lot of them are gourmet stuff that you can't just eat cause they're so rich. Anyway do you ladies have any ideas what I could do with it all like melt it down and make a cake or something??

you can buy a box of brownie mix and make it, then layer half in a pan, put a layer of the chocolates ontop, then the rest of the brownie mix and bake

or bake pnut butter cookies and press the chocolates into the top b4 you bake. maybe you could melt them in a double boiler with cream and make a ganache?
