Banana bread; diced over ice cream; bananas foster; I saw a recipe where Paula Deen slathered smashed bananas between two huge slices of bread and made french toast!

I made a good banana cake/bread the other day.  I started with my chocolate chip cookie recipe and added 2 black bananas, 2 oz melted unsweetened chocolate, 1 cup of oatmeal.  It was good, fruity & chocolatey at the same time. I would incr the oatmeal for more chew next time.

Also you can make peanut butter cookies and add a mashed banana.  Or make banana muffins & add peanut butter.  I hardly ever make plain banana bread anymore, LOL

Cut in chunks, stick on a popsicle stick, freeze for about 20 minutes. Melt chocolate, then dip the banana chunks in melted chocolate and then crushed cookies, nuts, sprinkles, etc. Freeeze again to set chocolate. Eat. YUMMY!!!!

Freeze them with or without the peel.  When you make smoothies, just throw a peeled, frozen banana in the blender with your other fruit and juice.  Great smoothies!
