Macaroni and Cheese

1 ¼ c. macaroni

2/3 c. milk

1 Tbsp. margarine

1 Tbsp. flour (heaping)

Cheddar cheese, grated

Cook macaroni per package instructions.

Melt margarine in saucepan.

Stir in flour.

Add milk.

Bring to simmer over medium heat.

Stir in cheese.

Drain macaroni and put in serving dish.

Pour sauce over.

More cheese may be melted on top, if desired.

(May be done in microwave following same instructions; heat between steps.)

I just made home made mac and cheese last night. My sons loved it and they are not easy to please.

My recipe: preheat oven at 325, then when to put in bring it to 350 for 30 mins. It makes the mac & cheese just right, not brown, but PERFECT!!!

1 Box of elbows or any pasta

six slices of sharp chedder cheese

1 Table of butter

half a cup of condence milk

and 2 tablespoons of whipped cream cheese

Cook the pasta as you would normally, then in a bowl mix cream cheese and pasta together, then in a pan poor half into the pan and layer two peices of cheese and some butter the pour the rest of the pasta and then the rest of the sliced cheese. Then pour all over the condence milk, it gives a slight sweetness. It take away from the harsh Chedder. You can also make it with Mozz cheese, montery jack, teh same way, you get a different taste everytime. My kids love them all the ways, and U can make the pasta a head of time and put it together before hand and when you r ready just pop in the oven. Its great as left overs, and you can throw in bacon or hotdogs. Let me know if you do this , I want to know what you think
