Ingredients

  • Peanut Butter Balls
  • 12 ounces peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
  • 1 cup butter (real)
  • 1 box confectioners' sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 package chocolate chips or Chocolate brick (for dipping balls)

Directions

  1. Mix peanut butter, butter, sugar and vanilla. Roll into balls and place on cookie sheet, place in freezer for an hour. Melt chocolate in a double boiler. Dip balls into mixture. Cool.

  2. I know you can add parafin to the chocolate to give it a harder shell...but putting the balls in the refirigerator after you dunk them gives you pretty much the same result.

This is so easy.I've already made dozens!

            3 tbls butter softened

             1/3 cup peanut butter

              1 cup powdered sugar

                  mix butter and p.butter together

                  slowly add powdered sugar

mixture will be crumbly, shape into balls let dry on wax paper for about 10 mins. dip into chocloate (I buy hersheys dipping choc. ) put choc.covered balls into wax paper lined tupperware store in the fridge until hard and ENJOY!
