Was this it?

Bacon Wrapped Ranch Chicken

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 pkt. Ranch salad dressing mix

12 slices of bacon

Sprinkle chicken with dressing mix (I used almost the whole packet, there was just a little left).  Wrap bacon around chicken and secure with toothpicks.  Place in baking dish.  Bake at 375 for 30 min.  Turn on broiler and broil for 4-5 minutes until bacon is crisp.

Quote for the day:
'Whatever you give a woman, she's going to multiply.
If you give her a house, she'll give you a home.
If you give her groceries, she'll give you a meal.
If you give her a smile, she'll give you her heart.
She multiplies and enlarges what is given to her.'
So - if you give her crap, you will receive more shit than any one human being can handle!

 Easy Honey Mustard Mozzarella Chicken

·                                 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

·                                 3/4 cup honey

·                                 1/2 cup prepared mustard

·                                 lemon pepper to taste

·                                 4 slices bacon, cut in half

·                                 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Place the chicken breast halves in a baking dish, and drizzle evenly with honey and mustard. Sprinkle with lemon pepper.
  3. Bake chicken 25 minutes in the preheated oven. Top each breast half with 2 bacon slice halves, and sprinkle evenly with cheese. Continue baking 10 minutes, or until chicken juices run clear, bacon is crisp, and cheese is bubbly.

I have also used Mild Cheddar Cheese.  I usually let the bacon cook a couple of minutes before I add the cheese.
