       CROCKPOT PEKING PORK CHOPS
Serving Size  : 6

6                     pork chops -- about 1 inch thick
                        Sauce:
  1/4           cup  brown sugar
  1           teaspoon  ground ginger
  1/2           cup  soy sauce
   1/4           cup  ketchup
  1             cloves  garlic -- mashed (1 to 2)
                        salt and pepper to taste

Trim excess fat from pork chops. Place pork chops in crock pot.

Mix sauce ingredients together. Pour mixture over meat in crockpot.

Cook, covered, on low for 4 to 6 hours, or until tender.

Season with salt and pepper

I threw this one together the other day and it turned out great!     I used 2 lbs boneless pork chops but any kind would be ok I think.  1 packet onion soup mix,  2 packets brown gravy mix and enough water to cover pork.  Mix together and cook on low for 8 hours.  The pork was very flavorful and I added a flour/water paste to the juices and made a gravy.  Yum!
