I get a lot of my recipes from eversave.com. Just go to the recipes section. If you click on search recipes by purpose you can look at recipes with low carbs, low sugar, low calories etc.

I must admit I am picky, so is my DD, the only one in our house that is not is DH. lol We eat fish, chicken, I dont do a lot of red meat, really only hamburger. Some things I cook with for flavor but dont eat like onions. So anything would be helpful!

I've had type 2 diabetes for several yrs. I ,too, could use some different recipes. My oldest
daughter had gestational diabetes w/ her first pregnancy.Her husband is a chef, she had it
pretty easy.He did the cooking & serving,etc.She's had 2 more baby's since & all are fine.
Looking forward to some recipes also.![]()
