Ladies,

Wed nights i go to church, so we usually do quick dinners...tonight may be leftover enchiladas.

What's on the menu for your family tonight?

I think we may go get chinease, I know not cooking but we are going out of town tomorrow so I don't want a ton of dishes to do.

We're having pot roast with cresent rolls. It's been chilly out and it's great cold weather food, plus i love it and so does he. And it gets me out of cooking for a day or 2 after. Gotta love leftovers.

Slow-cooked BBQ ribs, homemade mac and cheese, corn, and a light salad. It's a nice day for some comfort food.

I know it sounds horrible but we're having hotdogs and french fries.  DH won't be home in time for dinner and though I'm usually a stickler for family meals, we're going to eat without him(at his urging).

I didn't feel like forking out the energy so I asked a seldom heard question in our house:  "Kids what sounds good?  Frozen Pizza?"  No I want hotdogs.  Ewww.  Anyway, I have pepperoncini and sauerkraut for mine.  LOL

I cooked for the past 3 days, so it's leftover night.
