I was just wingin' it the other day and made some sliders, and they were indescribably AWESOME!  The whole time he's eating, my 8yo son couldn't stop raving about them. My daughter, as usual, just ate the cheese off of them and then ate her potato and corn. Sometimes I don't know how that girl avoids dying of starvation. However, usually, I make her eat a bit more, but this time I just ate hers for her! lol  I didn't measure, I just threw stuff in, so the measurements here are approximations.

*kings hawain (sp) rolls

*whiskey (I think I used about 2 TBSp)

*a drizzle of honey

*maybe 1/8 c. oats

*1 egg white

*thick cut bacon

*cracker barrel sharp white cheddar

*1 lb hamburger meat (I recommend 15/85)

*butter

Cook bacon in skillet or pan, and preheat oven to 350, Mix hamburger meat, oats, honey, whiskey, & egg white.  Slice rolls in half and butter both halves. Place rolls on cookie sheet in oven and let toast 5 minutes. After bacon is cooked and crispy, remove from skillet and place on plate lined with several sheets of paper towel. Shape burgers into small patties and cook in same skillet as bacon (IN the bacon grease). When both sides of burgers are cooked to desired doneness, place patties on one half of roll, add a slice of white cheddar, break bacon into pieces that will fit on sliders, and place on burger, and add any other desired toppings, place other half of roll on top. YUM!

No problem! :) I love cooking. I eventually want to go to culinary arts school. I'm always just coming up with recipies in my head. I just test ran my ideas for what I want to cook my Mom for breakfast in bed Mother's day. I'm posting that recipie too, cuz it was good. :)
