Bubble Pizza

1 - 1 1/2 lb. Hamburger
Onion
2 tubes refrigerated Biscuits
1 (15oz.) can Pizza Sauce
Green Pepper
Mushrooms
2 cups Cheddar Cheese
1-2 cups Mozzarella Cheese

SIMMER hamburger & onion. In large bowl, cut biscuits into quarters.
Add pizza sauce, green pepper & mushrooms. Drain hamburger & onions; mix with
other ingredients. Pour into greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake at  400 for 20 minutes.
Top with both cheeses. Bake another 10 minutes, or  until cheese is melted.

**Can use other ingredients to fit your taste**
**Add ground turkey in place of hamburger for a healthier substitute**

what a fun and delicious idea!!  This  summer has been nothing but boys( 19 years  plus) with huge appetites after wakeboarding for hours on the lake  ..this will be a definite do .. to just mix it up and 9x13 ing  it and baking it  sounds easy and just great!! I may do this  later this afternoon  maybe 2 pans of it!! thanks!

Sounds great! I will for sure be making this some time when the heat isn't so bad. (hate to run the oven in the summer).  Wonder if you could make two pans and freeze one.  Should you freeze before you bake it or after?
