AGH i am trying to find a recipie with all of that in it lol. i am not sure what its called i just know what you mix the chicken broccoli and chesse together and bake it and then you would take the "sauce" and put it over rice. Anyone know what i am talking about?

Ready?? I am 19 years old, non married, still with my daughters father, semi co-sleeping, semi CIO, on time vaccinating, spanking, bottle feeding, , solid food giving, open minded, high school grad. full time college student  mommy to Mariah and i wouldn't change a second of it for the world.

Back when hubby could still eat canned "Cream of" soups, an easy favorite was

Put chicken and broccoli in baking dish.

Mix one can of cream of chicken soup with a can of sour cream

Pour mixture over chicken

Cover with cheese (we like cheese so I'd use a whole 8 oz bag)

Bake at 350 till done (normally 45 minutes but depends on what kind of chicken you use)

Serve over rice.  (White or brown rice works but it is REALLY tasty over chicken flavored rice a roni.  :)

I just had this for supper lastnight.....this is what i do

1 pound of chicken tenders baked and then cut up into bite size pieces

   9 ozs of chicken broth

2 cups of white rice, i use the minute rice

   8 ounces of velveeta cheese

1 10 ounce bag of frozen broccoli

in a large pot add the broth and cooked chicken, cheese, and broccoli,  bring to a boil ,remove from heat and cover for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and mixture is well blended

for a short cut i let the broccoli unthaw some and cut it up small, my 3 year old loves this stuff
