Spaghetti squash

Anyone have any good recipes? I've never done anything with them.

 Cut the squash in half in the length. Get rid of the seeds with a large spoon. season the squash with salt , pepper and olive oil. Place the halves flesh side down in a baking pan. Bake uncovered at 375 for 45 minutes to an hour. Remove from oven and cool a bit. Take fork and loosen up flesh and it will come out looking like spaghetti. Use your fave sauce and or cheeses and serve as you would spaghetti.

I normally just cook it and put butter and season salt on it and serve it with rice.  I love that squash.
