It is only 2 layers, I wanted to do cheap because I am throwing a double babyshower and i need to get the rest of the things for them, so I used the skirting to my daughter old infant bed set. I am getting a wooden letter for each a C and D for what the babies names will be those are going on the top and I have to add my pacifiers and I still need a rattle maybe booties and a few other things! Not sure how i like them but for what I had to work with its good!
