Welcome!

I created this group with the hopes of sharing common practices of Pagan Moms. Books you like, books you want to read, books you want your kids to read. How do you introduce your child/ren to your beliefs?

I am an Eclectic Pagan, have been for about 14 yrs or so. Sometimes I strayed and didn't do any "practicing", other times I was totally devoted. My children are 12, 10, and 5. I take them to ritual with me, when I can. I include them in my practices at home.

Another issue we, as Pagan Moms, face is dealing with a spouse of a different faith, or family members who don't accept us.

Anyways, welcome to the group, and I hope we can all learn and grow through this sharing process.

  • hi!  my name is loni, i have 2 kids: a 8 yo boy and 3 yo girl  they are my whole life. i am pretty new to this religion and not sure how to proceed, but i guess that's part of the funyounger i was southern baptist but the intolerance just annoyed me..... then i didn't believe i anything for a long time.  my sister is wiccan and she started to talk about wicca and it made a lot of sense to me.  so i decided to see if it was for me.

  •  Greetings, everyone. My name is Shannon, and I have been an eclectic Pagan for a dozen years or so. I have two daughters and one granddaughter. I have been fortunate in not having had to deal with too much opposition to my choice of religion. I am well-blessed with open-minded family and friends. Looking forward to getting to know everyone.

  • I thought I had posted here, but I don't see it.....so here goes...

I am an eclectic Pagan, have been for about 10+ years, after being raised Catholic and switching to Methodist when I met my husband.

We have two sons, ages 7 1/2 and 3 1/2 that we are raising Pagan, but I am also trying to expose them to lots of other religions as well.

Since we moved to the Boston area about 3 years ago, we haven't been very diligent on practicing our religion...I am hoping to change that now that we've settled in and the boys are a little older.

Anyway, I look forward to some engaging discussions about religion and kids.
