In a blender add a cup of your favorite Yogurt a banana a couple tbs of whatever fresh or frozen fruit you have as well (a soft fruit, apples and pears wouldn't work) handful or so of ice and a splash of whatever juice you have at the moment Mix and enjoy

Depending on your preferred serving size this could serve 2-4 generously
My kids (ages 2, 3 1/2, and 5) LOVE it. Hubby enjoys it as well
