Puffed Pastry
Cooked chicken, diced
shredded cheese
chopped broccoli
melted butter

get a layer of three pastry sheets and cut in half
on each half add some chopped chicken, broccoli, and lots of cheese.
brush edges with melted butter
fold edges in and overlap to form a pouch
Bake according to package directions

Enjoy

My husband who dislikes all of the above except cheese even liked it

Substitute the meat, cheese, and broccoli for your favorite meat, cheese and vegetables. Such as diced roast, mozzarella, and onions and peppers for a kinda of Philly or the basic ham and cheese. Just remember simpler is better and try not to add anymore than two veggie choices

Yea its great for a leftovers night too when you have a little of this and that and everyone could kinda customize their own,  If you have lefteover dough you could use canned apples or cherries and sprinkle tops of dough w/ cinnamon sugar before baking for some desert..........I use Phylo instead of Puff Pastry because its cheaper and I can always fine Phillo and usually cant fine Puffed Pastry in our area.
