1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese 1/2 lb. margarine
Melt cheese and margarine in Micro Wave ( not the highest setting). Make sure it is melted...
SIFT: 2 lbs. powered sugar 1/2 Cup Cocoa powder
Pour the cheese/margarine over the sifted ingredients and stir, stir, stir
ADD: 1 Tbs. Vanilla 1 Cup walnuts(optional)  POUR: onto greased rectangle cake pan and cool. Cut into squares and eat or freeze! Keeps for months -- um um good

Its very good, you can taste none of the cheese flavor at all. Its very chocolatly, and the velveta adds the creaminess thats needed in fudge. Its so much quicker and easier than traditional fudge. Weve made this for holidays in my family for years. Its one of those recipes that once you try it youll make it every year.
