well someday these girls will grow up and move on with their lives and start their own families.......so being that i scrapbook - what i'm gonna start for each of them is a Family Recipe Scrapbook.
Basically pictures of family functions or them enhoying their 'favorites'.....and i can add on from year to year as their tastes change......it will include recipe and shopping lists and who it was past down from with that persons pic.
I plan on giving it to them at their bridal showers.
and
another thing that sort of popped into my head today......
I and the girls did this really cute journaling/creative writing project over the summer.....where we picked a topic/question and wrote a short story each about it.......i miss my writing days in college i guess LOL!.....anywho.....
i'm going to start two journals .....one for each of them......and every here and there write down some things they did or we did together and write about it and my feeling about it. maybe another shower gift!!!! LOL!!!!
weird to be thinking of these things today.......but they grown up so damn fast!
