Well this depends heavily on why your feeling this way. Has it been going on for a long time or just a short bit?

Maybe you just need a break, a bit of mommy time. Maybe a walk alone, or a nice hot bath or whatever you find relaxing and rejuvenating usually. If that doesn't work and it continues for an extended period (more than 2 months) you should consider contacting your doctor there are many things that could lead to feeling like your in a funk you cant get out of.

I shop!

Unless, of course, the funk is money-related.  In that case, I just try to get through it until something comes along to make me happy again.

That CAN'T be all I do.  That doesn't seem very proactive.

Why the funk, sweetheart?

I shop too!!! But I'm trying to save money, so maybe that's why..I've lost my vice :(

I don't know, it's just s funk :( There's so much I WANT to do, but can't for one reason or another. Money, time, not kid friendly, ect. And I keep trying to modify (a cheaper outing or maybe instead of being able to join a gym working out at home) but it never lasts, I get lazy or just don't want to do the cheaper thing..ugh..

I scrapbook!  Reading is also very therapeutic for me.  I have bipolar disorder so, sometimes when I get in a funk, it can mean something more serious.  I have to be very aware of symptoms and treat them before anything becomes too severe.  When I feel like shit, I love to sleep.  On a good day, I feel GREAT after a nap.  On a not-so-good day, I feel even worse after a nap.  It's really hard to say.  Many women say "bath" as their first remedy... but  me... I HATE baths!  ;-)

Shopping is like a quick fix for me, usually i feel worse, or want to spend money i don't have.

Baths, i love baths, although i normally take showers.

meditation is helpful and working out sometimes...

but sometimes when youre in a funk,, it just seems to get worse...changing routines and doing something different works as well. but give yourself a break, everyone feels this way, it is hard to find time for yourself to relax which you probably need to re-energize.

best to you.
