I live in Liverpool and i take my son to the little park thats over by the lake (if anyone knows what im talking about) and everyone i meet works or isn't from the area. Are there ANY stay at home moms? I always feel alone when i take my son to the park, Most of the other moms are with their friends or aren't very sociable so im usually there by myself watching my son make new friends, feeling kinda like an outcast. Being a stay at home mom and only have 1 car I don't get out much so it is VERY hard to make new friends.....I'm not the only stay at home mommy from the area....am I?

You are not alone in that! I have already sent ya a message but in case ya don't get it thought I'd reply to your post.

I'm a stay at home mom, and I live in Liverpool too.  I have had such a hard time making friends with children.  It seems like everyone out here already have their friends established, or aren't looking to meet anyone new. I've gone out of my way several times to be friendly towards people at the park etc., and they just sort of shrug me off.

Maybe we can chat sometime and possibly meet up. My 2 year old little boy would love a playmate--and I would too.

It stinks being cooped up in a house all the time.

yes it is very poopy being inside all day everyday. During the summer, its not to terrible, we go to the park near the lake, other than that, its constantly inside. I would love to get together sometime. Ethan LOVES meeting new kids and gets along so nicely, breaks my heart to only see a kid once and then look for them again and get sad cuz he can't find them at the park. A constant friend would be so nice for him :). and I definitly need REAL interaction, not that talking to my son isn't real, but adult conversations, gossip, girl talk, a friend myself lol. We will definitly be talking soon :)
