I read about this while searching online for lacto-fermentation tips and found a blog that recommends this book. I borrowed it from the library and quickly fell in love. I got it for myself for my Bday and it arrived today. Lacto-fermentation is my new thing {BEST pickles EVER} and I cannot wait to try the ginger-carrots.

The clinic I work for has 2 copies of this in there lending library. I brought one home this summer and loved it. I just recently bought it even though I can check it out any time I want.
