The quality of the paper and artistry in this book are quite good, but the info in it was more along the lines of standard fare how to.  I can't quite put it into words, but I flipped thru it one night before bed and was done.  Nothing really caught my attention except this one tidbit:  if you have hard water, use bottled water when making pickles too keep them from getting soggy.  It might be worth looking thru if you can borrow it from your library though.
