I loved this book. I learned so much from it. If you've read Nourishing Traditions and want more content and prove that eating a traditional diet is the way to go, this is the book you need to read. I plan on borrowing this book to my in-laws who are interested in eating right but do as their doctors tell them (hopefully they will give it a chance). The chapter I found most interesting was on cholesterol, we have been led to believe that cholesterol is so bad for us but did you know that it's better to have higher cholesterol when your a senior. This book was also very easy to read with moderate nutritional jargon and a good flow. I read this book cover to cover.
I've seen this referenced in one of the blogs I read. I'm going to see if my library has it. I'm learning that most of the popular nutritional beliefs are misleading and some are outright false-that it comes down to the almight dollar, not what's best for us!
