Why is her stomach hair missing?

 So I was cleaning out our rabbit's hutch today and took them out to do some normal grooming (one is a lionhead so she gets knots) But my rex's belly looks like it was shaved, What could cause this any ideas TIA

I am so stupid sometimes I switched from chips to that fluffy stuff Well that stuff absorbs the urine a lot more ...She has urine burn poor baby.
