I'm having a real hard time training my bunnies. I have two of them and they are only a few months old. They go in thier litter box, but they also go EVERYWHERE else.... I'm not sure how to stop it? What are some good types of bunny litter? I let my buns roam the house during the day, but at night and when I'm not home I put them in a kennel. What are some things I should put in there with them? Toys or bedding? And what kind? Sorry for all the questions.... I've had them about three weeks and they are very happy buns but I think I need to make thier kennel a little more "bunny friendly"

I put a mix of timothy hay and newspaper in the box (well, it used to be the box but is now the whole cage since she has full roam of the house). ANd, yes, you DO need to pick them up often to put them in the box-- often. If you see fresh poo, you need to place IT IN the box and place bunny on top of it.
It should not take more than a week or so to acclimate bunny to going in the box, but, some bunnies will kick it out of the box, too. Still it's better to have them pee (for sure)and poo in there rather than anywhere else, esp if you have carpeting. It's kind of like training a kid; you need to anticipate their having to use the "toilet" and put them IN the box. After a while, bunny will figure it out!
Don't be surprised if you have to reinforce this behaviour, too!
