So just a little update here

My last cycle was over 80 days.  I did another ten days of provera, brought on a cycle that was only about a week long.  And I think today is CD10.  My SO is going to be gone weekends for hunting so that will limit the days we can BD.  :(  and also the fact that my mother is still living with us and she happens to be off work the next 3 days and then he will be gone for 4 days after that! :(

dang writing that out made me realize we may not even get to BD at all :(

We will need some alone time soon...

I haven't been ovulating, didn't ovulate last time I did the provera, it just brought about af.  BUT hopefully I will ovulate this month and we get to ttc!

BABY DUST PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  :)

oh I have also started taking some herbal supplements to help regulate the hormones from the PCOS.  the metformin hasn't been working, but I am still taking it.  I just started the other stuff a couple weeks ago.

errrr it was looking the right way when i picked it. sorry

SO I had gone to this reputable herb store and herbalist (?) told him my story/situation and meds I was already on and had taken.

And I talked to him about vitex and fertilaid.  he suggested the tonic for healthy function of female reproductive system which has False Unicorn, cramp bark and some other things.  Also the Myrrh which is good he said for aiding circulation and clearing out and toning the female reproductive organs/uterus/fallopian tubes.   The red raspberry tea which is all around good for women's health, reproductive.  and the metabolic complex which is good for hormones/thyroid issues.  After my mother saw the metabolic stuff she told me she had started taking stuff like that and then got pregnant with me, she was having anovulatory cycles and was told she might not get pregnant (she had 4 babies)

and then the stuff i have been taking for months; my prenatals, Vit D3, and Grape fruit Seed Extract drops.  many times I will put the tonic and GFSE drops in a glass of cold raspberry tea morning and night.  (i make a gallon of it and leave it in the fridge)

i just bought red raspberry tea from an herb store by the ounce.  and it was only about 1.25 an ounce.  its the leaves, dried.  it even has some stems in it.  i fill a muslim bag about 3/4 way and steep it in hot water in a big container then when warm put it all in the fridge and it lasts a few days that way.  and its always cold.  but you can drink it warm too.  if you bought nettles too (stinging nettles) you can mix that and its a great detox for your liver.  i might get some next time i get to that store.
