Ladies lets have an October challenge. I mean the 1st of the month starts on a Monday so lets dedicate 31 days to fitness. What do you say? We can totally lose 10lbs if we are dedicated.

I am so in! I need to lose weight...I feel terrible that I am not taking good enough care of myself! I just need some pointers - I am terrible at not eating things that are bad for me - my weakness is chocolate and pretzle nuggets! Oh yeah, and mountain dew, which I know is horrible for me but I don't know how to just stop. It's easier said then done! Any advise would be greatly appreciated!
