October Challenge

Ladies lets have an October challenge.  I mean the 1st of the month starts on a Monday so lets dedicate 31 days to fitness.  What do you say?   We can totally lose 10lbs if we are dedicated. 

Who is in? 

We'll pledge on the 1st that amount of minutes we will dedicate to working out and H2O to drink for starters.

Any takers?

I'm so in. I wanted to lose 10lbs by Gabriels first bday. Not sure if I'll make that, he's bday is on the 15th. But i'm going to do my best:)

I am so in! I need to lose weight...I feel terrible that I am not taking good enough care of myself! I just need some pointers - I am terrible at not eating things that are bad for me - my weakness is chocolate and pretzle nuggets! Oh yeah, and mountain dew, which I know is horrible for me but I don't know how to just stop. It's easier said then done! Any advise would be greatly appreciated!

Ok gang.  I am going to do a weekly thread so that we can post and check on how we are doing.  We can do this!
