Last week I actually worked out 6 days - 3 days running, 3 days lifting weights. That makes 3 weeks in a row that I was able to work out at least 5 days. I also journaled everything I ate. I was able to lose another pound. It's coming off slowly but at least it's heading in the right direction.
How's everyone else doing?
