So i though that me and my hubby were set on a name, Carter Anders... untill he talked to his sister. She dosent like useing their grandmothers madien name for a first name... she says its a last name, and should be left as such. I dont like the name Alexander (dosent sound right when you yell it out, and thats how i pick names) that Anders is a for sure thing, cuz thats an old family name from Norway. So what do you ladies think?

The beauty of it is, is he is your baby and not hers. If you like the name it will grow on everyone else. My cousin named her daughter for our grandmothers last name which is Justis. No one liked the name at first but it fits her perfectly and is a beautiful name.
