Here are the rules from the email I sent in case you no longer have them you can refer to this. I am starting them out at only 40 so that if you have anymore to add you can (the max is 50), but don't feel like you have to add a bunch if you simply don't have them. If once you have taken out what you need and replaced them and you have none left, no problem just send it on to the next person. It is my hope that once this gets going smoothly that we should all receive at least one envelope a week with a minimum of 30 coupons (always). Now here are the guidelines: Please make a post to thread called "B-train" when you receive and mail out an envelope Please always try to keep the coupons in the envelope to a minimum of 30! Please when possible ( I know there will be times when you just don't have many to put back and that is fine) take out only what you can replace. We do not want to send out nearly empty envelopes. That is no fun for anyone! Be sure to always keep the Maximum number of coupons at 50, so we can avoid extra postage. Please always label your envelope in the lower left corner with it's number (ex. B-1) Always, always, always keep the mailing list in the envelope!! This is very important for everyone to know where to send next. Please pull out any coupons that will be expiring within the next 2 weeks of the current date. Expired coupons can be mailed to (to be sent to the military) mom2taylor (please refer to the list for her address). Please let us know in the thread when you will be away from home for more than a couple of days so that we will know what envelopes to expect later. Please only remove what you Know you Will use! Also, lastly if you wish to post your wishlist on our thread, do so and we will try to help each other out. I believe that covers it all. This is only my second train so if I have overlooked any detail please let me know!!! Thanks for participating and happy shopping!!!

I am planning on getting these out ASAP, however I do need each of you to read the following and sign if you agree....before I mail!!!!! If you do not agree and would like to be removed from the list, please PM me and I will do so. By joining up with this train you agree to always post (there are of course exceptions to this, but do not make it a habit) when you receive a train, which train it was and when it was mailed back out. Also, you agree to never remove the list and ...always label the new envelope with the correct train number. Please read and sign to this thread if in agreement. If even after agreeing you are unable to do the previous, you will receive 2 warning emails and if you have since not explained or emailed me, I will give you one additional week and then you will be removed from the list. I hate to have to do this but in order to keep it fun AND fair I feel this is necessary. However, if something is going on please just PM me so we can avoid all the nonsense! I just want everyone to have fun, get mail, and save money with their new coupons!! :)

Ok, finally!!! I have everyone's address and I mailed these out Wednesday (the 18th) to members # 2,4,6, and 8. Please don't forget to post!! Also, if you already know that you will be away for any time go ahead and post to the thread so that everyone knows just in case an envelope arrives at your house.
