Word Count Goals - Day 10

Can you believe that we are 10 days into this???

I just want to say that you ladies are doing awesome...no matter where you are on your word counts! Just participating is awesome!

What are you working on today?

I am in a lull in my story as I figure out what to do next. I can't decide if I want my character to find the rest of her tools to help her travel through time or go after the bad guy. I have a few things set up that I need to follow up on. The scene I am working on is proving to be a little difficult because I haven't decided what exactly is going to happen. So...yeah!

My goal today is to write 2000 words.

Going to take a 5 minute break and when I come back...I'm going to type, type, type!! Good luck today ladies!

I didn't write anything yesterday, so I guess my goal is "as much as possible!"  I would love to hit 20,000, but we'll see.

My goal is 3334, which is what I usually strive for because it is two days worth of the 1667 goal.

I am at 20,120

Ugh...I don't want to say it...but...I'm stuck!! I guess this is what I get for not outlining!! Haha!!

I need some help! Pretend for a minute that you are in the 1950's and you are driving in the middle of nowhere. You are between 50 and 150 miles from a city(or gas station). Where are you?

I am currently sitting at: 19,322.

I am totally going to make it to 20,000 today and then some! Maybe I'll try for 22,000. Anyway, I'm stumped and can't think of where I want to be. Where I go will determine what happens next!!(hopefully!)

LOL I haven't outlined anything and have gotten stuck a few times. :P

Hmm, If it was me, I would be driving in eastern Oregon headed towards Portland :P I've driven that route many times and have been worried I didn't have enough gas to make it to the dalles. 

They could also be in Wyoming, South Dakota, North Dakota, Minnesota.

They didn't have as many gas stations as they do now......so almost any of the midwestern states.

I can't tell you for sure, but I would think somewhere in Nebraska would fit the bill. I've crossed that state several times and there is quite a stretch with very little going on. Kansas is pretty slow for a stretch, too.

My goal for the day is again 2,000. I made it to 2094 last night. I'm just a few hundrerd short of 10,000. I think I might try for 12,000 today to try to get a ilttle more caught up. As for my story, it's just plodding along and I'm still not really sure what's going to happen next.
