Where are you hoping to be come Monday morning?

I just want to get through today's daily word count goal of 1667+

I would like to do 2,000 today, but I have a busy day ahead of me and I have no idea how it will go! So, I did a 15 minute sprint just now and got in about 300 words. I wrote a little last night after midnight to get a jump on today...should have done more! Oh well.

Anyway, so I do have household goals(if anyone wants to post those here they can!!) of laundry, shower, make beds, eat lunch, more laundry!!! Then I have a mystery shopping job to do today and tomorrow(I know...it's Sunday...but to be able to do today's I have to do tomorrows; blah. I'm okay, because I'll be going to church in the morning and then heading over to complete the job).

So...what are your goals this weekend?

Sandy

Over at the NaNo site my region (Vancouver, WA) is having a word war with Vancouver, BC.  One of their guys already has like 250k words which is really screwing the totals up so we're all trying to put in a huge number this weekend just to boost us up some (not that it's going ot matter in the least, lol, they are so far ahead of us with just that 1 guy that we can't win) so my goal is to hit 35k by the end of the weekend.  I'm just over 25k.  I can easily do it if I can find some peace.  Of course my husband is in the other room playing Madden with our 9yo.  He turned football on in here and just left it so I'm watching Wisconsin dominate Indiana.  It's hilarious (the score is 83-20).  I have nothing emotionaly vested in the game so I find it funny.

anyway.  I need to get back to writing.  I do have laundry to do...maybe.  I hate going to the laundromat on weekends but the kids are out of clothes and I won't have another chance until Wednesday.  Otherwise I'm not doing anything this weekend.

Mystery shopping when they know you are coming is lots of fun! The people that saw the movie I am performing the shop for all stared at me. I even scared a girl as she was coming into the theater. It is funny now that I look back on it!!

Anyway, I'm at a write in for my area and we are just tick tapping away at our novels! It is great! I'm just taking a break and then I am going to write furiously for about an hour.

Then back to the movie theater, then home to cook dinner, then back to the movie theater, then home to put JD to bed, then back to the theater and then to the store to get some things I need so I don't have to go shopping tomorrow. Then I need to go home and prepare a lesson for my class at church.

Fun day ahead!! And somewhere in all that...laundry! I did manage to get a shower in before going to the theater for the open check mystery shop!!

Good luck ladies! I hope I can get about 1,000 words done in an hour!

We have a birthday party to attend today so I woke up an hour early (or my normal weekday hours) to plug away and get my word count in for the day. We have a dinner to go to tomorrow....so I guess no sleeping in this weekend!

Plus I'll be taking wednesday off. So I'm really hoping I reach 30,000 words by tomorrow. I'm sitting at 26656 right now. Shouldn't be too hard if I get back home early enough to start writing after the kids go to bed all hyped up on cake and ice cream :D

BTW Jen, I didn't know you were in Vancouver! I'm from Portland. Half my family lives in the surrounding Portland area and the other half is in Vancouver!

We just moved here back in August.  I'm originally from Chicago.  We live in Washougal, outside of Vancouver now.  My brother lives down in Corvallis.  He's my closest relative.  Everyone else is in the midwest.  My husband works at the airport in Portland.

I'd like to make 30,000 before I go to bed tonight. Had to break to watch Dexter, tho!

Originally my plan had been for 30,000 words this weekend.  That is most definitely not going to happen, but I may be able to hit 27,000.  We'll see.

I live about 3 hours away in the TriCities.  My husb was just in Portland this weekend.  All my family lives on that side of the state though :(

Friday was my 14th anniversary, and the first day that I did not write anything at all.  I also did not write Saturday (we went out of town for the weekend).  However, Thursday night I wrote a lot after midnight that ended up counting for Friday, so it looks like I wrote on Friday.  lol

I want to be at 30,000 by sometime tomorrow (tonight would be better, but doubt it will happen).
