We just got 4 new gliders over the weekend-2 adult males, 1 adult female and 1  4 mo. oop female. The adult female had a large scab on her shoulder blade are on her back. One of the males tore this off and tore off skin and all-it's pretty gross. I have separated her to a different cage and been putting neosporin on her every night when she gets up. I also put her joey girl in there the second night with her cause she seemed so lonely and scared by herself and being in the new environment.  Do you think I should take her to the vet? I don't want a big bill to be told to keep up what I'm doing and that's it but I also don't want her to suffer if more could be done. Am I making a mountain out of a mole hill? Any opinion or advice is welcome! Thanks!
Angel

Update on Diane-we have finally given the adult pair names-and hole. I have been putting a huge glob of neosporin on her sore every night when she wakes up and not getting her out a lot since I want to expose her to as few germs as possible. I still put my hands in there and let her crawl all over it and give her lots of chin and under the neck rubs which she seems to love and her hole is healing up a lot quicker than I expected. Thank God, I was so worried about her. Things are looking up-my baby is healing!!

Diane's big hole is now all scab and healing very well. No signs of swellin or puss or any kind of grossness or infection. She seems to appreciate the care as now when I open her cage she usually comes right to the door and onto my hand and up my arm. She's still a little jumpy and jittery and doesn't really want to be in my face and get kisses nor has she started grooming me but she loves to be rubbed just about anywhere and will actually sit still for it for a few minutes. Did I mention that I think she is pregnant? When we got her the lady said she'd just been in heat about a week ago and she was pretty sure mating had occured due to the sounds of the usual mating. I'm kinda new at this so I haven't ventured to try and feel anything as I don't want to hurt her or the joey either one and am not sure how safe it would be. I'm going to start  spending some time with her in the tent this weekend. I hadn't yet due to her injury but now I think she is ready for some good ole bonding time and a larger space to run and glide and play with me. Atleast I'm ready for this with her so I hope she is, I can't wait. I love all these babies more and more each day.
