These are what we feel encompass being Old Fashioned & Anti-Mainstream.
You don't have to practice all of the above to join this group, although I do ask that we remain respectful to those who may feel differently than what we do. Since this group contains many kinds of people, there will be disagreements in certain areas of parenting & living, hence my request that this should not be a place to debate on these topics, but merely a place to support each other. Please no arguing about or bashing of all things listed above, as these are what this group embraces. Old Fashioned & Anti Mainstream Moms' Group Guidelines
The group owner & administrators reserve the right to lock or delete all threads or replies which get out of control. This includes name calling, flaming, bashing, excessive arguing, cussing, etc. (No usage of the F word is allowed in this group. This includes typing it as f**k or any other way. This is to keep the group clean incase some are offended by this or have children who can see & read the screen. Please also avoid lewd content for the same reasons.)
We also reserve the right to remove anyone from the group who participates in the above behaviors, as well as anyone who is only in the group to cause trouble. We reserve the right to do all of the above without warning and at our discretion.
Please try to keep your cool when responding to a post that you do not agree with, or don't respond at all. We firmly believe that people's attitudes are changed through gentle persuasion, not yelling or anger. Simply put, please treat others as you wish to be treated.
Touting ideas that go against this group's description will not be allowed. This means telling someone they should allow their baby to cry it out, spank, etc. Anything that is directly against our group's description.

We enjoy hearing about home based businesses, but please keep all of these posts contained in the thread that we have set up for this purpose. Any posts started outside of the designated thread will be moved to the appropriate thread or deleted. The purpose of this is to keep our group from being overrun with ads. We also ask that all selling be kept to the forum that we have set up for that purpose.
