Hi jenny, I'm currently attending to ashford university for my masters. On line education is being recognized by many jobs and other institutions. They are creditable and they usually have the same requirements as an on campus college. You can also apply for financial aid. They also work with private institutions and governmental institutions that can help us with student's loans, Usually the private ones will lend you money based on your credit score and the government loans are based on your income and other factors. You must apply for a government pin number through FAFSA.com

good luck with your education

Whay are you wanting to go to school for? Is you are trying to get your AA then I would reccommend a local community college. Most regular colleges have many classes available online and they affer the same school loans and grants that they affer face to face students. There are also many 4 year colleges that offer a lot of online classes although you would probably have to take a couple face to face. Then there are many colleges like the one Nena (above) attends or I am getting my BA from the University of Phoenix. It is very important that you make sure the college is accredited, meaning that jobs well recognize the degree. Take some time and talk to some people to find out what well best suit you. Again it kind of matters what degree you are after. Good luck!
