Please help me develop my new product idea with your opinions!

I would love any feedback you would like to give me about a new product I am developing.  It is a portable shopping cart brake that will stop the cart from rolling away from you as you load and unload your cart eliminating the annoyance of the runaway cart.  It is a simple device that will slide on and off the cart wheel with one hand and no effort, lightweight (think about the weight of an empty water bottle) and about the size of your hand.  It would have a hook that easily attaches to a diaper bag or purse for easy access. 

Also I would like to include that this would take the same amount of time as it would for you to reach down and touch your shopping cart wheel and would be that easy as well.  It would take less time than it does to rest your shopping cart against your car.  This is designed to make your life easier by cutting out those annoyances (trying to get your cart to stay put etc)
