1 cup peanut
1 cup sugar
1 egg
Mix well, drop spoonfuls onto cookie sheet and bake at 350 til done.

I make these, too, and they're really good. They're so much easier than the "regular" peanut butter cookies that contain flour, etc. We like to use crunchy peanut butter, too, sometimes. My son likes to sandwich two cookies together with strawberry jam for a quick snack after school.

Now that is something I'll have to try as well. My "oldest" should love it.

These are some of THE best tasting PB cookies that you will EVER make!!!! I have used this recipe in the past!
