Does anyone do Elf on a shelf or Elf Magic?!? How did you "introduce" the elves to your kids?
I need ideas, we're starting the tradition this year!

This will be our very first Christmas with the elf on the shelf and I can't wait. I bought a better looking elf from hobby lobby. I'm thinking about getting a shoe box wrapping it in Christmas paper and saying that we have a visitor from the North Pole. Lol...
