Had these punch out abc's and 123's exactly what I wanted for my kids to hv a visual!

That is a good idea. I have been wanting to do that. I have been looking at Dollar Tree. Our dollar tree is always out of stuff. :(

I went looking for carebear books someelse had posted on.. but they didn't hv those.. I got pooh bear and count dracula counting kits!

the dollar area of target has some neat things sometimes. I bought some nuts and bolts, for M to screw on and off and they had some one inch cubes I was eyeballing but I already had something similar.

 If you are into work books, I found the Before the Code books to be pretty well done. they start with the easiest letters to write, and work through the alphabet that way.  my son used them for a while and enjoyed them. They work on rewriting, writing, recognizing the letters, beginning sounds, visual discrimination......I forget what else......There was a mom a while back that had a whole curriculum designed around those books. It looked pretty neat too. I can't remember the blog....but it was a popular one maybe someone else on here would remember.....
