Adult Convo Needed!

In need of adult contact? Sick of singing the ABCs? Post some ideas for outtings and playdates. What do you do when you need to get out?

I usually like to exercise when I get a chance to be by myself... but I don't know if other mom's would want to meet up to go for a run or to do some stadium steps or anything.

I would love to do playdates, though!

BY myself time. WHAT THAT!!! Sleeping? Cause thats about all the alone time I get. Even when I go to the bathroom they are there, lol! Hopefully we will have a playgroup soon enough and have a bunch of MOMMY TIME together.

Ha Ha the bathroom thing soo understand. My 10 month old started following me every where. Today I was in the bathroom and door was sorta closed, but not latched, i see little fingers and a second later a little head popped through the door. Cute ha, but a little odd when going to the bathroom, I guess now that he can move no more privacy!

I lvoe to exercise when I get a chance even though chasing my 2yearold around is slowly becoming the only exercise I have enough time for!! I'd love a playdate doing anything really... parks are alot of fun when it's nice out we could have a barbaque!! just an idea-lol. or all go shopping and then whine down at the playground.

I'm glad to see other moms interested in playdates. I agree shopping may be fun. Or possibly meeting for lunch at a mall that has a playground. Do lunchat the court then let the kiddies run around. A bbq when it gets warm sounds like tons of fun!

I look forward to meeting up with everyone. Please invite friends and in the other post please put when available and where youre located. We'll meet somewhere thats convenient for the majority. Thanks!

I meet a few other moms and their kids at the Willow Grove Mall once a week to have lunch and walk the mall.  If anyone else is interested in joining us, just let me know!

oxford valley mall has a little playcenter.

i run and occationally have picnics at nash. park..... it's nice up there. i run anywhere possible whenever i get the chance:) they have a playground too.

i think it would be neat if anyone ever gets anytime alone to get out and run or even just walk and have alittle crew to vent to a couple times a month.

Not a huge runner ha but walking I do... Oxford valley does have a nice area for litlle ones. I also found a play area in NE phila, called kix and giggles. They have a website, kixandgiggles.com But it would prob be nice to possibly meet up at the oxford valley play area and/or food court.
