Can some one explain the Disney park system?

How many parks are there? What kind of passes? Is there a pass where can see all the parks? Im thinking about doing a four or five day trip.

Not sure which Disney system you are inquiring..so I will list both.. 

Resort- Walt Disney World

Location: Florida

How many parks? 4

Magic Kingdom , Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios

Both Resorts offer a Base Ticket to see one park per day or a Park Hopper Ticket which will allow you to visit multiple parks per day for the length of days purchased.

There are additional options at the WDW Resort that you can add on to these tickets such as "Waterparks and More" giving you access to 2 waterparks on the resort property and other venues.
