to WDW. My husband has a conference to attend there Oct. 5 and 6th so we're going to make it a family vacation (and take MIL to help me with the kids). Our kids are young (will be 11 months old and 3 years old) so I'm not really anticpating a lot of park hopping. We plan on going down to FL on 10/3 and come back 10/7. I want to have park tickets for the 4th and 5th.
My questions are:
1 - is the dining plan really worth it? What if we plan on making food? Is that just a bad idea?
2 - Do you think park hopper is a must for us? I really don't anticipate that the boys will be interested in anything but the MK and Hollywood Studios. So I was thinking 1 of those 1 day and the other the other day. BUt then I want to haev a character breakfast and only one I can get is in Epcot or near Epcot at the beach resort. Do we need a park hopper to go to Epcot just for the breakfast?
3- should I get park tickets for the 6th too? Even though I really think we could just spend the day at the hotel (we're planning on the Art of Animation Resort). There's a lot to do there.
4- if we decide to stay off property, would we need to rent a car? Or are there usually shuttles to the parks?
5 - anything else you can help me with!
Thanks so much ladies!
