Mickey Mouse, it's a small world, Pirates of the carribean, jungle cruise, peter pan.... a walk through the castle. So many things that you shouldn't miss - it's hard not to make a list.  You also shouldn't miss Epcot - spaceship earth, soarin, a walk around the countries... those are some of my favorite things to do and see:)

Yep!  No, you don't need a reservation.  You can just walk to the beach and watch from there.  Take the monorail over from the TTC.

Here is my tip on Fantasmic, especially if you get the "free dining".  I think they call this a "Dining Event".  You have to specifically request this when making your reservations.

Eat lunch or dinner at Mama Melrose and then you get "reserved" seating at Fantasmic, so no long wait in lines.  And the last time I was there, October 2011, each adult got a free appetizer with this deal. (We ordered the calamari and antipasto, so that was additional $28 of food!)  This was our best meal and I'm kind of a foodie.  My one son LOVED the spaghetti and meatball cupcake!

You can also get the reserved seating at The Brown Derby and Hollywood & Vine (I think).  H & V is a buffet, which I try to avoid - too much up and down, when all I wanna do is seat and rest my feet!

I don't think you need reservations for Fantasmic, but if you're doing the dining plan, I would recommend the Fantasmic package.  You get lunch or dinner at one of three (I think) restaurants and reserved seats for the show.  If I remember right, it's only one credit.  Mama Melrose's is delicious!
